As a sports enthusiast with a special interest in endurance sports, in particular triathlon and ultra distance, I graduated as a Dietitian at the University of Otago and recently enhanced my knowledge by completing the Sports Nutrition for Dietitian’s course at the Australian Institute of Sport.
